OIL PAINTING WILLIAM EARL SINGER

This nice oil painting was painted by William Earl Singer who was born in Chicage in 1909, moved to Los Angeles in 1970, where he lived and painted for the reminder of his life. It is 16" wide and 20" high no including the frame. The frame is 4" wide. The painting has a multi blue background with a white vase and white flowers. It is in excellent condition.
